This time, instead of fabric, I covered the front of the notepad with Sunshine & Sprinkles designer paper. I finished it off with gorgeous Melon Mambo Striped Organdy Ribbon and a touch of embossing using one of the Needlepoint Border embossing folders, all from the Seasonal Catalogue.
