When I first saw the Thinking of You Bundle, I ummed and ahhed about purchasing it. But I am so pleased I got it! I'm in love with those beautiful die-cut words with their eclectic typography. They make such a bold feature on my Book-Fold Diagonal Easel Card.

Thinking of You Stamp Set + Thinking of You Dies Bundle (photopolymer: 168263) - $78.25

This project was inspired by two ideas – firstly, I wanted to create another Book-Fold Diagonal Easel Card. I just love this card design, so simple but with lots of wow-factor! And secondly, the colour palette of the gorgeous Whispering Woods Designer Series Paper, the one with gentle watercoloured stripes in cool blues and greens.

This card base is Azure Afternoon cardstock cut at 28 cm x 10.5 cm (11" x 4-1/8"), scored at 10.5 cm and 14 cm (4-1/8" and 5-1/2"). When you fold the card base in half, the second score line is on the front. Then adhere the spine on the left of the second score line to create a Book-Fold card.

But wait, let's add a second fun-fold to this card! Score the card front from the bottom of the second score line up to the top right corner, and you can fold the front to sit up like a sail! Now you have a Book-Fold Diagonal Easel Card.

How stunning is that die-cut "Thinking of you"?! It is only adhered to the bottom half of the card front, below the diagonal score line, so when the front easel is propped up, it makes a bold statement.

To create that die-cut sentiment, I used the Thinking of You Dies to first cut out the outline shape from Basic White cardstock. I added an Adhesive Sheet behind Blueberry Bushel cardstock before die-cutting out the words. Then it's so easy to peel and stick the letters on. So simple – and so effective!

I used the coordinating words in the Thinking of You stamp set to complete the card front with "Thinking of you on your special day", and then inside the greeting card (to prop up the easel) I added "dear friend".

This inside is actually a 10 cm (4") square note card, so there is plenty of space to write a heartfelt message.

There's honestly nothing quite like the You Bundle Bundle anywhere else in this catalogue – that layered, mixed-up typography doesn't look like anything on offer right now, and that's exactly why it caught my eye. I really didn't think too long or too hard before I added it to my cart.
