Earlier this month, the 2025–2026 Annual Catalogue arrived, introducing five new, modern colours to the Stampin’ Up! range.  These vibrant In Colors offer fresh inspiration for every season.  We’ve already explored the delightful Darling Duckling—now let’s take a closer look at the juicy and playful STRAWBERRY SLUSH.

Strawberry Slush is a juicy, mid-tone coral pink with a bright, summery feel.  It’s softer than Melon Mambo but punchier and more vibrant than Flirty Flamingo.  If this “new” colour feels familiar, you’re not imagining things—Strawberry Slush was first released back in 2013 as part of the 2013–2015 In Color collection.  Now, over a decade later, trends have come full circle and this fan favourite is back in flavour!  I stamped Strawberry Slush with the detailed floral image from the Impressions Abloom Bundle to create a playful, tone-on-tone background for this thank you note card.

Impressions Abloom Stamp Set + Impressions Abloom Dies Bundle (165611) - $102.50

For this simply-stamped Basic White Note Card, I inked the detailed flower from the Impressions Abloom Bundle in Strawberry Slush and stamped it directly on the card front.  Without reinking, I stamped it again a bit further down and then again near the bottom of the card.  This is called generational stamping, where each stamped image is a lighter version of the ink colour, simply by not reinked between impressions.  I repeated this generational stamping with Darling Duckling ink for the three flower centres.

The words were stamped in Strawberry Slush ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock and added over the floral stamped background with Stampin' Dimensionals. Then, I went to town with embellishing!  I scattered little Strawberry Slush flower die-cuts and Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems across my card from the top left to the bottom right corners—such frivolous fun!

Strawberry Slush is a colour that’s bursting with life—fun, flirty, and just the right amount of bold.  Whether you pair it with neutrals or go full-bright, it’s sure to shine.  Coming up next, we’ll explore the softer warmth of Timid Tiger.
