The Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad has be designed to work with alcohol markers and won't bleed.

For best results, stamp your line-art image in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto Whisper White or Whisper White Thick card stock then ensure ink is completely dry before colouring with Stampin' Blends. Optional: use the Heat Tool to dry image immediately.
