This is my first foray into scrapbooking! I really enjoyed creating these three 8" x 8" layouts featuring my kids at our favourite weekend-away-spot - Kawhia. I used a lot of the same techniques that I use when cardmaking (there is a lot of cross-over), however and I found it more time-consuming than cardmaking as I had to get it "just right". I learned a lot while doing this and next time I would do a few things differently. I still love what I created!

Stamps: Just Beachy (116879). Card/Paper: So Saffron (108611), Pacific Point (116202), Whisper White (106549). Ink: Cotton White StazOn (106960), So Saffron (105213). Accessories: Whisper White 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon (109025), uni-ball Signo Gel Pen (105021). Tools: Scallop Edge Punch (112091).

For these layouts I used the Just Beachy stamp set on So Saffron and Pacific Point cardstock. I overlaid acetate stamped using Cotton White Stazon on the Pacific Point.
