I’ve paired these fun new products with another new release—the oh-so-versatile White Gable Boxes—to create this cheerful gift package.

How fun is that?! The White Gable Boxes are super simple to assemble. The bottom cleverly interlaces together, and the top closes with an easy slot closure—no adhesive needed!

Before constructing the box, though, I wanted to decorate it while it was still flat. I knew right from the start that I wanted to feature the whimsical Summer Happiness Washi Tape. When I took a closer look, I noticed tiny yellow speckles throughout the design. That inspired me to splatter the gift box with Golden Glow Shimmer Brush ink. Not only did this mimic the yellow speckles in the Washi Tape, but it also added plenty of sparkle with that gorgeous shimmery finish.

I then assembled the White Gable Box, cut the Summer Happiness Washi Tape lengthwise, and wrapped it around the bottom edge. So simple—and so effective!

All that was left was adding the finishing touches. I stamped “fun in the sun” in Crushed Curry ink, die-cut it with a stitched circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies, and popped it onto the front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I also stamped the sun in Crushed Curry ink and the jandals in Strawberry Slush ink, then gave them a quick colour using a Blender Pen and ink from the stamp pads. These were die-cut and added to the front with more Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Lastly… bling! To continue the yellow speckled theme, I scattered a few Golden Glow Dots across the gift box.
