To celebrate the upcoming Stamp Camp, the Creativity Abounds team is sharing a sneak peek of the 13 bonus projects today.  These are the projects that will be demonstrated live during Stamp Camp, so be sure to hop through everyone’s blogs for plenty of inspiration.

Let’s talk about my bonus project…

Before I do, let me show you one of my favourite sheets from the Waterside Retreat Designer Series Paper pack.  It includes a fabulous montage of scenic postcard images that are perfect for cutting out and using as backgrounds.

The scenic lakeside cabin image in the top-left corner of the page became the inspiration for this bridge-fold card… because who doesn’t love a simple fun fold?

You may notice I’ve used lots of different patterned papers from the Waterside Retreat Designer Series Paper pack throughout this project.  Along with that beautiful scene-setting background, the left and right panels feature the lovely woodgrain pattern, the brace across the bottom uses a piece from the hand-drawn waves design, and the life jacket and oars accent pieces were cut from yet another sheet.

I love how all these elements come together to create a bridge-fold card that looks fabulous on display…

…yet folds flat for posting.

So much fun!  I can’t wait to share all the step-by-step details for this project during the Stamp Camp weekend.
