Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and I have a lovely card idea to share with you—featuring the stunning Pop-Up Petals Bundle paired with the soon-to-retire Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper.

Flowers are always a beautiful choice for Mother’s Day, so I decorated this special card with lavender stems from the patterned paper and cheerful stamped sunflowers from the Pop-Up Petals Bundle.  The soft, complementary combination of Daffodil Delight and Highland Heather is such a pretty pairing… and how cute are those butterflies?!

But the wow-factor for this card is inside...

The Pop-Up Petals Bundle makes creating fun pop-up mechanisms inside a card super easy.  I used the largest pop-up die to cut the white card inner, then also to cut a fun checkered piece of patterned paper to decorate.  Those purple caps on the pop-up?  They are also from the Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper pack and were die-cut using handy dies from the Pop-Up Petals Bundle.  Little details have a lot of impact!

I then finished my card by attaching the same sunflowers from the card front onto the pop-up for that gasp-worthy card open.
