Let’s take a look at my project…

For my tutorial contribution this month, I share a super-simple Tent Gift Box created with the rich, traditional colours of the Traditions of Christmas Suite.  I adore making these gift boxes, so I made a second version to show you today—this time using the whimsical North Pole Delivery Suite.

Stamps: Jolly Delivery Stamp Set (photopolymer: 165838). Ink: Poppy Parade (147050). Card/Paper: Pool Party (124391),  Basic White (166781), Basic North Pole Delivery 12" x 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper (165837). Accessories: White Baker's Twine (Baker's Twine Essentials Pack: 155475). Tools: Happy Labels Pick A Punch (160693), Mini Stampin' Dimensionals (144108).

The base of this gift box is Pool Party cardstock, chosen to coordinate with the wrap-around sleeve—a gorgeous patterned paper from the North Pole Delivery Specialty Designer Series Paper pack.  The exact measurements and full instructions are all included in this month’s tutorial bundle.

On the front of the box, I used some of the charming printed die-cuts from the North Pole Delivery Specialty Designer Series Paper pack: a festive little house, a tree-toting truck, with a swirl of White Baker’s Twine tucked behind for texture.  The greeting “sending merry tidings” is stamped in Poppy Parade ink on a 1/2" strip of Basic White cardstock and finished with the Happy Labels Pick A Punch.

The box is easy to open—simply slide off the patterned sleeve to reveal the gift inside!
