Have you tried making a shaker card?  They’re such a fun, interactive way to add a little extra sparkle to your Christmas crafting!  Today I’m sharing a simple and festive design using the Pine Tree Trimmings Bundle paired with the Tree Shaker Domes.

Here’s how to create this easy Christmas shaker card:

1. Stamp a 7 cm x 9 cm (2-3/4” x 3-1/2”) piece of Basic White cardstock with the Christmas tree image in Old Olive ink.
2. Add about 1/4 teaspoon of Gold Shaker Stars to the centre of the stamped tree.  Peel the backing from the underside of the Tree Shaker Dome, align it over the stamped image, and press to seal in the stars.
3. Die-cut a 9 cm (3-1/2”) wide banner from Basic White cardstock using the Party Banner Dies.  Then die-cut the tree shape out of the middle of the banner.  Stamp the sentiment beneath the tree opening in Old Olive ink.
4. Peel the backing from the top side of the Tree Shaker Dome, place the banner over it, and adhere.

And just like that, you’ve created a fabulous shaker panel ready to pop onto the front of your Christmas card.

To complete my classic red-and-green Christmas card, I used Traditions of Christmas Designer Series Paper, topped the tree with a Gold Foil star, and sprinkled more Gold Shaker Stars across the card front for extra sparkle.
