The Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper features elegant, earthy tones, with each sheet showcasing a gallery-worthy pattern that stands on its own.  For this project, I selected the stunning hand-painted floral portrait and highlighted its soft green hues to create a gentle “just a note” card—perfect for expressing heartfelt thanks or offering comfort.

Let’s start with the background: I embossed the green stucco-textured patterned paper using the Pressed Flowers Embossing Folder.  The result was a lovely, unexpected distressed finish.  This piece was then layered onto a Mossy Meadow card base.

For the focal point, I die-cut the rectangular frame from Basic White cardstock using the Gallery Blooms Dies.  To transform it into a square, I trimmed along the angled lines on the top left and bottom right, then reassembled the frame to fit the square proportions.  Behind this, I placed the beautiful floral image and popped it up on the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

To complete the card, I added a stamped and die-cut floral flourish along the right edge of the frame, tying it together with a sweet Basic Beige bow.
