What makes this greeting card a dutch-door card?  The front of a dutch-door card is only half the height of the card, that's its uniqueness.  You can achieve this in two ways, either fold a standard card base and cut away the top half of the card front, or start with a card backing and add a small half-height note card for the card front (as I have done with this card). 

On the front of my dutch-door card, I added some yummy texture with the pretty Cute Crochet 3D Embossing Folder on the lower half, then adhered a Fresh Freesia panel to it with Stampin' Dimensionals.  Then there are the pretty stamped and die-cut elements from the Thoughtful Wishes Bundle and Spotlight on Nature Dies, which I added to this panel.

The beautiful Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper in the background creates a lovely frame for these elements.  And it is only momentarily covered up because when you open this greeting card, you can enjoy the whole patterned paper scene!
