Did you create something sweet for your Easter treats? This beautiful, bold Easter basket is the same Jo Blackman design as my butterfly gift basket, but this time I used the Sweet Strawberry Bundle to create my own designer paper for the outside of this basket...
Bundles: Sweet Strawberry Stamp Set + Strawberry Builder Punch (photopolymer: 156214). Ink: Poppy Parade (147050), Granny Apple Green (147095), Garden Green (147089), VersaMark (102283). Card/Paper: Poppy Parade (121694), Basic White (159228). Accessories: 3/16” Braided Linen Trim (147808), Linen Thread (104199), Ladybug Trinkets (154299), White Stampin’ Emboss Powder (107132), Wink of Stella Glitter Brush (141897). Tools: Timeless Label Punch (149516), Heat Tool (129056), Mini Glue Dots (103683), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430).
I began with a 24 cm length of Poppy Parade cardstock. On this, I stamped the strawberry flowers and leaves many times in VersaMark ink, added White Stampin' Emboss Powder, and then heat set it. The result was a stunning red and white floral patterned paper. I cut this piece into 2 cm strips and adhered them to the outside of the Easter basket.
I added Braided Linen Trim around the top and base of my Easter basket, and then created a little tag with the Sweet Strawberry stamp set and coordinating Strawberry Builder Punch. I couldn't resist adding a cute ladybug embellishment to finish this Strawberry Gift Basket.
