This week's Your Creative Connection theme is YOUR FAVOURITE DSP. Choosing my favourite designer series paper was a hard ask as I have many! I narrowed it down to two, one from each of the annual catalogues: Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper from the upcoming 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue and Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper from the current 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue.

Once a holiday like Valentine's Day, Easter, or Christmas, is done and dusted, we will often put aside the stamps and designer paper that was devised for those occasions. I want to challenge you to use those holiday-specific products throughout the year too! For example, this masculine birthday card was inspired by the stunning stripes found in the From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper, a set of patterned papers designed specifically for Valentine's Day.

This week's Your Creative Connection theme is A RAINBOW FOR YOU. I had trouble figuring out the best way to include all the colours of a rainbow on one project without it looking over-the-top. So instead, I created two cards that, combined, cover the spectrum of colours from Real Red to Night of Navy!
