About a week ago, I presented the stunning Parisian Blossoms Suite from pages 14-17 of the January-June 2020 Mini Catalogue to a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators. At the end of the presentation, I gave everyone instructions and kits, in two colour combinations, to create this beautiful triangular tri-fold wedding card using the Forever Blossoms stamp set, coordinating Cherry Blossoms Dies and Parisian Blossoms Specialty Designer Series Paper...
I confess I am not a gardener. My grandma and mum are amazing gardeners, but I think that skill skipped a generation. I love pretty flower gardens and like to have vegetables available at different times of the year, but my gardening skills and motivation are such that the plants in my little patch of earth survive or die on their own merit! So for this week's You Creative Connection theme, FRESH FROM THE GARDEN, I turned to poppies, which are an easy-care, self-seeding flower that adds a beautiful pop of vibrant colour.

Not only does it star on the front cover, but you can also find numerous project ideas on pages 24-27 of the Mini Catalogue. I used the Painted Poppies stamp set and coordinating Painted Labels Dies to compliment the gorgeous Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper to create this birthday card...
Have you seen these? This month Stampin' Up! released five amazing dies and one fabulous designer paper pack that coordinates with existing products in Sale-A-Bration and the January-June 2020 Mini Catalogue. This pretty diorama card was created with two of these new products: The Sending Flowers Dies and Pleased As Punch Designer Series Paper.
I pulled out my favourite from Sale-A-Bration again, the Happy Birthday To You stamp set, to create this subtle birthday card using the Emboss Resist Technique with a pretty watercolour wash of Highland Heather and Seaside Spray ink. Splashing ink around for this card was just much fun!
