I’m excited to announce the launch of Your Creative Connection today; a bi-monthly creative showcase which will come to you on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.  Your Creative Connection came together from a group of eight global friends wanting to give you a worldwide connection to creativity.  We hope to inspire you to connect with us as we share papercraft ideas using Stampin’ Up! products.  Each showcase will have a theme, and we will ‘travel’ around the world to connect with our creative friends.

Today's Your Creative Connection theme is PLEASED AS PUNCH, and I thought it appropriate to create something for Valentine's Day using the Heartfelt stamp set and coordinating Heart Punch Pack...

Heartfelt Stamp Set + Heart Punch Pack Bundle (153775) - $97.00

This project certainly meets the punch theme.  The heart (with all those gorgeous foil designs) on the front of the acetate gift box was punched directly out of the From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper, which is then framed by the punched scallop heart in Flirty Flamingo.

This pretty project has a designer-paper-lined tray-style box with a snug acetate sleeve.  And inside this Valentine gift box is the perfect treat...

Some heart-shaped sweets, in coordinating colours.  And I can verify that these lollies are rather yummy!

In our family, Valentine's Day is more than just sharing the love between couples, although that is important.  Instead, we write notes of gratitude and give gifts to siblings and parents, alike.  In the same way, this cute acetate gift box would make a lovely gift from one friend to another on Valentine's Day to let them know they are loved and cherished.
