New Zealand is currently at Alert Level 3. Find out more at covid19.govt.nz.
My business is run from home and I am still working during this lockdown period. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or require information about Stampin' products. Below is specific information about upcoming events, ordering, and shipping during the different Alert Levels. This information will be regularly updated as I take advice from the New Zealand Government and our Ministry of Health.
Stay home and stay safe.
At midday on Monday, 23 March 2020, the New Zealand Government announced that our nation moved to Alert Level 3 and that within 48 hours we would be at Alert Level 4. While we do not have sustained transmission or widespread outbreaks, this was the right choice to protect everyone. From 25 March 2020 until 27 April 2020 we will remain at Alert Level 4.
On Tuesday, 28 April 2020, New Zealand moved to Alert Level 3 for a minimum of two weeks.
At Alert Levels 3 and 4 we cannot gather for in-person events. All scheduled in-person events have been cancelled until 31 May. I will be in contact with those who have pre-paid for cancelled events to offer refund options. The in-person events that are planned after 31 May are currently still scheduled but will be reassessed as I take advice from the New Zealand Government and our Ministry of Health.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING
During Alert Level 3, contactless online shopping, shipping into New Zealand, and courier delivery are allowed. That means that you can now order your Stampin' Up! products online and have them delivered to your door.
During Alert Level 4 only essential products could be shipped so all Stampin' Up! shipments into New Zealand were on hold. All orders placed between 1 April-27 April 2020 were processed, packed, and then stored at our Australian distribution centre. Now that we are at Alert Level 3, shipping into New Zealand has resumed and packages stored at our distribution centre are on their way.
