The Stamparatus is, by far, the best way to stamp the Santa's Bags. I used the string of lights image from the Making Christmas Bright stamp set to stamp in Tuxedo Black Memento ink across the top of a Santa's Bag...

But wait, there's more! Everything was set for using the Stamparatus Hinge-Step method:

  1. Lay Santa's Bag on the Stamparatus base. Place the string of lights stamp face down on the bag. Close the side Stamparatus Plate to pick up the stamp.
  2. Ink stamp with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and close the Stamparatus Plate to stamp the image.
  3. Lift the Stamparatus Plate so it's vertical and remove from the Stamparatus base. Replace the Stamparatus Plate; one hinge down.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have completed stamping the front of the Santa's Bag.

Each of the little lights on the Santa's Bag were coloured using Watercolor Pencils and a dab of Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint added to give them some sparkle...

Making Christmas Bright Santa's Bag

A simple tag attached with the All Is Bright Paper Clips with a string of fun, dangling light bulbs was all that was needed to finish this cotton gift bag.
